ROK Tree Care recently carried out the removal of several trees, including pine, cedar, sycamore, and Leylandii, for a domestic customer in Waterford. The work was part of a broader effort to open up the space while reusing the natural resources already on-site.
Efficient Timber Handling with the MultiOne Loader

Thanks to the use of our MultiOne loader, large trunk sections were lifted off the ground to allow safe and efficient ring-cutting for firewood. The machine significantly reduced the manual workload and improved safety on site, making the felling and processing stages smooth and controlled.

All usable timber was cut into rings and left ready to be split for firewood, a practical and sustainable solution the customer greatly appreciated.
Mulch Retained On-Site
Instead of hauling wood chip away, we were able to mulch all the branches and smaller material on site, which was a huge bonus in terms of time, cost, and sustainability. The customer opted to keep the mulch for use around the property.
Wood chip is incredibly versatile and beneficial in both ornamental and functional settings. It helps retain moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature when used for mulching around newly planted young trees and shrubs. It can also be repurposed for garden paths or play areas.
